Fetcher collects all of your Amazon data automatically and organizes it for you to make your life easier!
Our goal is to display your business's true profitability, at both, the SKU-level and at the total-company-level, and there are two major categories in which all of the fees are collected:
- Order-related fees
- Non-order-related fees.
Order-Related fees come to Fetcher with an Order ID associated with them and, therefore, the cost can be attributed to a specific SKU or ASIN. These are fees like the Commission Fee, and the FBA Per Unit Fulfillment Fee. These types of fees are shown as "Order Fees" or "Amazon Fees" in Fetcher.
For the complete list, check out our How Does Fetcher Calculate Metrics article.
Non-Order-Related fees, on the other hand, are transactions that come to Fetcher with no Order ID associated and, therefore, cannot be attributed to a specific ASIN or SKU. They are still important and need to be included in your company's overall costs, so Fetcher calls these fees "Recurring Fees". There are a bunch of recurring fees, but these are the most common:
- your Amazon Professional Sellers Monthly Subscription fee
- Storage fees
- Long-Term Storage Fees
- Prep fees, for tasks such as labeling or poly-bagging
- Disposal Fees
- Inventory Placement Fees
- Lightning Deal Fees
Here is the complete list:
Subscription Fee, Storage Fee, DisposalComplete, Inventory Placement Service Fee, BalanceAdjustment, WarehousePrep, ShippingServices, RemovalComplete, Current Reserve Amount, FBACustomerReturn, Amazon Capital Services, PostageAdjustment, FBAInboundDefectFee_LABEL_ISSUE, Unplanned Service Fee - Barcode label missing, StorageRenewalBilling, FBADisposalFee, FBARemovalFee, FBAInboundConvenienceFee, FBAStorageFee, LabelingFee, FBALongTermStorageFee, PolybaggingFee, FBAInboundDefectFee, RunLightningDealFee
But don't worry! There is no need for you to enter any of these fees into the "Other" expenses section of your account manually. We pull them in and display them for you automatically.
You can always see what makes up the Recurring Fees total by looking at the Costs Chart in your Fetcher Dashboard:
You can click on any section of the chart and it will drill down one level to show you what makes up the total cost for that section:
