Are you searching for an item you know you have listed on Amazon but it's not showing up in Fetcher?
Here are the two most common reasons your item isn't being displayed in Fetcher:
1. The item has not yet made its first sale on Amazon.
More often than not, this is the reason behind missing items in Fetcher, and that's because the trigger for Amazon to send Fetcher data about your SKU is a sale.
Once you make a sale on this SKU, the data associated with the sale and item will be communicated to Fetcher. The SKU's information will be displayed in Fetcher 24-48 hours after the sale was made.
Once the item is showing up in Fetcher you will be able to enter your Cost of Goods, Inbound Shipping costs and assign any "other" costs to the SKU.
2. The item is Hidden from Dropdowns or Calculations.
This section of Fetcher is often overlooked, but it can be super-beneficial.
We know a lot of our customers start out doing Retail or Online arbitrage, selling a bunch of items that are not replenishable. These inactive SKUs can clog up accounts, particularly for OA/RA-turned-private-label sellers, making it difficult to see only those items in Fetcher that are important to the seller.
We have come up with two great solutions for this though...but the solutions can lead to "misplaced" SKUs in Fetcher.
To check any of these two solutions, go to the Product Settings tab. There you'll see the options to remove SKU's from drop-down menus, from calculations or both.
So, if you know you made a sale for an SKU but don't see it in Fetcher, check out the Product Settings tab to make sure these two settings are turned on (slider button has a blue background).
