You used to get emails saying your requests were approved, but you're not getting them anymore? Your account might have been 'unsubscribed' from certain emails.
To check to see if that is the reason why, you can follow steps to check your email settings:
- Login to your Jump Send Account and click on the icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen in your Dashboard
- Once you are on your 'My Account' page, scroll down until you see the 'Notifications' section at the bottom. Clicking on the tick box on each of the options will save the preferences of Daily Deals, Purchase Approvals and Purchase Reminders sent via email.
