While we hate it when there are problems with products and sellers, we know it might happen occasionally.
Problems could include a defective product, a delivery failure, a canceled order by Amazon, change in price, etc.
If you have an issue with a product or code, we ask you to contact the seller first and they should be able to fix it for you. You can find their email address either on our platform on your Selected Deals page or in your email, where you originally got the promotion code.
When you go to your Selected Deals page you will see a "Contact" blue button if you click on the menu when you click on the arrow next to Confirm Purchase:
That should open a new window redirecting you to your Email service but if it doesn't, you can also right-click on the Contact Seller button and it will give you the option to Copy email address so you can then send the email manually:
If you have contacted the seller but they are not replying back or you are still having trouble solving the issue with them, you can Report a seller and we will take care of the rest! Just click on the Report this seller button you will find on the drop-down menu of your deal:
When you click that a pop-up like this will appear:
We created this option for cases like this, where you contact the seller but they are not willing to solve the issue for you. We want to follow up with these sellers, and reporting them helps us do that!
