For any of our plan limits offered, you can have that many parent ASIN's active inside your Jump Send account at the same time. So, depending on the plan you are on, that will be either three, 10, 25 or 100 products. No matter how many Seller Central accounts you have synced from Amazon, the limit will still be defined by how many active products you can have total!
You can choose which products you want to have active at the time and you can change them as needed but note only active products can be used for Promotions or Email Campaigns.
Once inside your Jump Send account, click on the 'Products' tab to choose which ASINs you want to activate. Here you will see all the products currently listed as active products in Seller Central with slider buttons to the far right of each of them.
Toggling the slider button to the right (and turning it blue) will activate that item, enabling you to create a Promotion and/or Email Campaign for that ASIN. If you activate a parent ASIN that has multiple variations, we will activate all child ASINs as soon as you activate the parent!
Here's an example of how product limits work...
I have a store on Amazon that sells 5 different items.
- Jungle Snugs
- Marshmallow Stick
- Garlic Press
- Jump Rope
On Jump Send, I sign up for the starter plan so I can only have three products active at any time. I select the Jungle Snugs (the different color variations are included at no cost), the Marshmallow Sticks and the T-Shirt (again, variations are included at no cost).
With these three products, I can do unlimited coupon giveaways (aka promotions) for each of them and unlimited email campaigns. As an example, maybe I give away 50 Jungle Snugs, 80 marshmallow sticks at 80% off as promotions. I also run email campaigns at the same time, to follow up with all organic purchases to hopefully generate reviews on all three products.
Now, if I want to do a promotion on Jump Ropes, I will need to deactivate one of my other products in order to activate the new one. That means toggling the button in your 'Products' page OFF to the left for that particular ASIN, and then toggling the button ON to the right for the new product you want to activate:
If we deactivate the T-Shirts, note that if you do this and then activate the 'jump rope' instead, any email campaigns you had for the T-Shirts will not send out and you cannot do coupon giveaways for them.
One last note, the same three products must be chosen for both the promotions and email campaigns. You can not select to run concurrent promotions on the Jungle Snugs, marshmallow stick, and T-shirts while running email campaigns on the jump rope and garlic press.
