Are you not receiving the verification email to start making your requests? Please note that sometimes you may have to wait up to an hour for that activation email to arrive.
The first thing to do will be to check your junk mail, spam and/or promotion folders in case the verification was delivered there. Depending on the settings you have and your email provider, some may have accidentally classified this as spam.
Another thing to try is to add email@example.com as an approved contact in your email list and then try to resend the activation link again.
You can also re-send the code from your Jump Send account. Go to your Account page by clicking the icon at the top-right side of your screen, there you will see the "Resend Activation Email" button:
Click there to send a new request to deliver the activation link to your registered email address.
If for some reason you are still not getting that email, you can try using a secondary email address in case it's a problem with that email provider in particular.
To change your email address please go to your Account tab and scroll down to your Account Profile section. Here you can enter the new email address there and then click the "Save Changes" button:
The email address should be updated then for you to request the system to resend the activation email following the steps above.
