It looks like Fetcher lost access to your Seller Central account which means we can't pull your data and provide the Profit Margin information that you're looking for.
You can give us access by following these steps:
1. Log into Seller Central
2. Hover on “Settings”
3. Click “User Permissions”
4. Scroll down to "Amazon MWS Developer Permissions"
5. Select “Restore/reauthorize access" or “Renew access” (it may look different for certain accounts)
6. Once you complete step #5, please click on “view” to access your token
7. Go to your Profile and Settings page in Fetcher and click "Add MWS Auth Token" and then paste in the credentials.
8. You will receive a “success” message from Fetcher confirming that we regained access and started synching again. Please allow Fetcher 1 hour or so to finish fetching your data.
