Now that your account has been set up, and have taken a look at the 'Deals' page, let's get you requesting some items!
First, click on the 'Deals' header at the top of your Jump Send homepage. From here, you can take a look at the most recent deals available on the site.
They have sorted from newest to oldest automatically, or you can use our filters to find something specific you are interested in buying. You can filter by the price of the item, by discount amount, by category, or even by keyword.
The 'Sorting' function is also a great way to look through our sellers' deals. Sort by newest to oldest, oldest to newest, price higher to lower, price lower to higher, or largest discount to smallest. It's totally up to you!
Now that you have sorted the deals, and found the deal you are interested in, it's time to put in your request.
To start, click on the item's image in your deals page. That will open a pop-up window with the information for that deal under the Details section.
You can click through the product images and see the details with the retail prices, time, brand and fulfillment option. This helps you identify if an item is FBA ('Fulfilled by Amazon') thus giving you free shipping if you are a Prime member. You can also tell if this item is 'Fulfilled by Merchant'. FBM deals will cost extra for shipping so be sure to check on that!
You can also see the Description with the listing details, and check out the product's Amazon page by clicking the 'View on Amazon' link or 'Report this Seller' if needed:
Once you know enough about this item, and your interest hasn't waned, you can click the blue 'Request Item' button, and it will put you in the running for the product.
The seller will receive an email, letting them know you put in a request. If your request is approved by the seller, you'll be sent an email with a promotional code and a link to their product's Amazon page, so watch for that email! And make sure you check your spam/junk folders.
